Return & Refund Policy
At RaivoFitStore, we want customers to be happy with their order.
Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Please include your order number, name, and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
After we receive and check the returned product, we will confirm if a refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.
Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.
